This week is probably the most impressive. I blogged about Mr. bicep and triceps the other week. This week it is even more impressive. I am able to get the bicep and the triceps to visibly jump and move my shoulder forward and out to the side! I can bring my arm forward at the shoulder about 30 degrees and bend at the elbow at the same time about 15 degrees. Then , wait for it, .... HOLD IT THERE!!! See my amazing art work?
